Vision and PMO
PMO mainly intends to support project managers, program & portfolio directors, to reach a seamless progress of programs and projects progress across the organisation. It is in charge of preparing tracking tools, organising project committees and following-up deliverables.
In addition, it also centralises project data (planning, costs, resources, risk) and provides project sponsors and program director with an accurate view of work progress. Also, it presents a complete vision of risks, actual and forecast workload for each of the concerned department.
Furthermore, PMO brings administrative and methodological support all over the program life-cycle.
